The teacher cannot make students learn, but they can promote learning by helping students become intrinsically motivated to learn, handle information and experience, develop knowledge, attitude, and skills, and transfer their learning from the classroom to the real world. Teaching and learning is a process that includes many variables. These variables interact as learners work toward their goals.
Teachers can improve the process of learning in the classroom by:
1.Attract students' attention before starting the lesson.
2.Use materials to allow the student to understand more.
3.Enhance critical thinking
But due to the circumstances that we are facing today, the process of teaching and learning changed. Students now are learning online through Google applications and many different applications too. Some students found that this way is somehow hard. They aren't able to adapt easily, but teachers are playing a huge role in facilitating learning for the students. This proves the intelligence of the teacher and if it is a successful teacher or not.
